Spay USA
Spay USA's Feral Cat Program offers a limited number of spay/neuter subsidies each month to individuals doing TNR. Shelters and rescues are not eligible, only individuals. Applications must be submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month. For more info.
Neighborhood Cats
Funding for spay/neuter of community cats located in New York City is available to caretakers and individual rescuers through Neighborhood Cats' Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). Must be TNR certified. This program is supported by the Community Cats Podcast.
United Spay Alliance
Community Cat Grants are available to grassroots TNR groups, rescue organizations and low cost spay/neuter providers. The program is designed to help small organizations build their fundraising capacity. Grantees are required to hold their own new fundraiser which is then matched up to $2,000.
